Admission Requirements

Documents for Student
- Copy of a valid Qatari ID (QID).
- Copy of a valid passport.
- Copy of birth certificate.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Copy of the most recent or final term report card clearly showing the student’s name and grades.
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC) issued by the previous school.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Transfer Certificate from the previous school, confirming that all dues have been cleared and that the student is transferable through NSIS.
- Copy of vaccination card/certificates in accordance with the Qatar National Vaccination Program.
- Copy of the student’s health card.
- School Entry Final Health Assessment Certificate issued by a health center (appointments can be booked at Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) by calling 107).
- IGCSE O-Level Statement of Results (required for admission to Year 12, minimum requirement: Grade C).
- CAIE AS-Level Statement of Results (required for admission to Year 13).
- For students transferring from outside Qatar, the latest report card must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the issuing country and then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar.

Documents for Parents / Guardians
- Copy of a valid Qatar ID (father, mother, or guardian).
- Copy of a valid passport (father, mother, or guardian).
- Copy of residence address (Blue Board).
- Employment letter from the parent/guardian’s workplace, duly authorized, signed, and company-stamped.
- Parents/guardians are required to review the enrollment application form provided by the school before signing it.

Admission Guidelines
- Applicants must have a basic understanding of the English language.
- All fields in the application form are mandatory. Missing or invalid information may result in delays or rejection.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission of the application.
- Parents/guardians of eligible candidates will receive the entrance test schedule via email within one week
- If a student is unable to attend the scheduled entrance test, parents/guardians must inform the school at least two (2) working days in advance to arrange rescheduling.
- Parents/guardians will be informed of the entrance test results.
- Parents/guardians of successful candidates will receive further instructions via email to complete the admission process.
- The upcoming academic session shall commence as per the MoEHE (Ministry of Education and Higher Education) Doha, Qatar guidelines.

Note
- *A fee of 200 Riyals applies from Year 1 to Year 13, and must be paid before sitting for the Admission Test.
- For admissions processed after the commencement of the academic session, the admission fee and the current term’s school fee installment must be paid at the time of admission.
